This autonomous role is ideal for a

German‑speaking sales professional based in East Belgium , motivated by growth, sustainability, and international business development.

Operating internationally, the organization serves a diverse customer base across multiple industries and markets, with a strong focus on

long‑term partnerships, quality, and reliability . The company maintains a

Maintain & optimise

current commercial relationship throughout the German Speaking region

Actively acquire new customers

on the German market (prospecting, lead generation, business acquisition)

Develop the German market by identifying

new segments, sustainable applications, and growth opportunities

Build and grow a portfolio of

B2B clients

from first contact to long‑term partnership

Understand customer needs and propose

tailored, environmentally responsible packaging solutions

Prepare, present, and negotiate

commercial offers, pricing, and contracts

Coordinate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, planning, quality) to ensure technical feasibility and execution

Monitor

market trends, sustainability requirements, regulatory developments, and competitor positioning

Represent the company during

customer visits, negotiations, and trade fairs

in Germany

Proven experience (3-7 years) in

B2B sales, account management, or business development , preferably in

packaging, printing, plastics, paper, or an industrial environment

Demonstrated success in

new business acquisition / hunting

Strong understanding of the

German market and business culture

Fluent German and

French

is mandatory

Good command of English is an asset

Strong interest in

sustainable products and environmentally responsible solutions

Autonomous, resilient, and results‑oriented with a strong commercial mindset

Willingness to xqknzec travel regularly within Germany

Ideally based around the german

border region
